There Are Things You Simply Can’t Learn from Photos

This is Norika, your Tuesday blog contributor.
After visiting many pre-owned homes, I’ve realized one important thing:
Photos never tell the whole story.
Pictures are a great way to get a first impression of a property, but they can’t show everything.
When I visit a home, I pay attention to details such as:
* How bright and open the rooms feel
* How quiet the house is when the windows are closed
* Airflow and ventilation
* How practical the storage spaces are
* Indoor temperature and humidity
* Whether windows and doors open and close smoothly
* The atmosphere of the neighborhood
These are things that can only be experienced in person.
Sometimes a house looks older in photos but feels much more comfortable and welcoming when you visit.
Other times, a home looks perfect online, but an in-person visit reveals details that deserve a closer look.
That’s why I always try to visit properties myself and share both the strengths and the points that may need attention.
I believe honest information helps my clients make confident decisions.
Buying a home is one of the biggest decisions in life, and I want every client to feel comfortable and well-informed before making that choice.

それは、「写真だけでは分からないことが本当に多い」ということです。
インターネットにはたくさんの物件写真が掲載されていますが、実際に現地へ足を運んでみると、写真では伝わらない魅力や気になる点が見えてきます。
例えば…
* 部屋に入った瞬間の明るさや開放感
* 風通しの良さ
* 窓を閉めたときの静かさ
* 収納の使いやすさ
* 周辺の雰囲気や生活環境
* 建物の状態や設備の使いやすさ
写真では少し古く見える物件でも、実際に見ると「思っていたよりきれい」「住みやすそう」と感じることも少なくありません。
反対に、写真ではとてもきれいに見えても、現地でしか気付けないポイントが見つかることもあります。
だからこそ私は、できるだけ現地へ足を運び、自分の目で見て感じたことを、お客様へ分かりやすくお伝えすることを大切にしています。
物件の良いところはもちろん、気になる点も正直にお伝えすることで、お客様が安心して住まい選びができるようお手伝いしたいと考えています。
住まいは、これから何年、何十年と暮らしていく大切な場所です。
