However, an air conditioner shown in the photos is not necessarily included with the home.
Depending on the terms of the sale, existing units may be left in place or removed before the property is handed over.

For example:
“Which rooms need air conditioning?”
“Is there a dedicated outlet?”
“Does the unit require 100V or 200V?”
“Where can the outdoor unit be installed?”
