こんにちは！
火曜日担当の杉本です。
今日は、お客様の物件案内で茨城県牛久市まで行ってきました！🚗
普段は千葉県内の物件をご紹介することが多いのですが、実は千葉県以外のエリアでも物件探しのお手伝いをしています。
今回ご案内したのは、ある程度リフォームされている中古戸建てです。
建物全体の状態は比較的良く、大きなリフォームをしなくても、そのまま生活を始められそうな印象でした。
もちろん、キッチンや浴室など、使用感のある部分もありましたが、中古住宅は必ずしもすべてを新しくする必要はありません。
実際に物件を見ながら、お客様の希望や予算に合わせて、どこをリフォームするか考えることも大切です。
不動産探しでは、エリアを少し広げることで、今まで見つからなかった選択肢が増えることもあります。

🏠 Not Just Chiba! Today’s Property Viewing Took Me to Ibaraki!

Today, I traveled to Ushiku City in Ibaraki Prefecture to show a property to a client! 🚗
Although most of the properties I introduce are located in Chiba Prefecture, I also help clients search for homes in other areas.
Today’s property was a pre-owned detached house.
Overall, the house was in relatively good condition and appeared to be suitable for moving into without major renovations.
Of course, some areas, such as the kitchen and bathroom, showed signs of age and use.
However, one of the great things about buying a pre-owned home in Japan is that you don’t necessarily need to renovate everything.
Depending on your preferences and budget, you can decide which areas to update and which ones to keep as they are.
When searching for a home, expanding your search area can sometimes open up more possibilities than you expected.
