本日は、木更津に別荘を購入したいというお客様のご案内でした😊
私自身、以前は鎌倉に10年ほど住んでいましたが、その後木更津へ移住しました。
改めて案内をしながら、「木更津は本当に良い街だな」としみじみ感じました🌿
神奈川や都内に比べて土地価格も比較的リーズナブルで、広々とした土地を持てるのも魅力のひとつです。
また、海や山など自然を身近に感じながらも、生活しやすい環境が整っていて、東京や神奈川方面にもアクセスしやすいところも人気の理由だと思います✨

Today, I guided a client who is looking to purchase a vacation home in Kisarazu 😊
I personally lived in Kamakura for about 10 years before moving to Kisarazu, and while showing the area today, I was once again reminded of what a wonderful place Kisarazu is 🌿
Compared to Tokyo and Kanagawa, land prices are generally more affordable, and it is easier to find spacious properties here.
Another great attraction is the balance between nature and convenience — you can enjoy the ocean and mountains nearby while still having easy access to Tokyo and Kanagawa ✨
