A Property Contract Signed with Our Client from Hawaii
Hi,This is Norika.
Recently, we had the pleasure of signing a contract for a home in Kimitsu City with a client who resides in Hawaii.
In recent years, we have seen a growing number of overseas buyers interested in purchasing property in Japan, and it has been a privilege to assist them throughout the process.
This particular home is a beautifully renovated 3SLDK property with parking space for up to three vehicles. Its convenient location offers easy access to Kimitsu Station, as well as nearby shopping centers, supermarkets, and other daily conveniences.
For overseas buyers, purchasing property in Japan can sometimes feel overwhelming due to differences in procedures, documentation requirements, and communication.
