どちらも千葉県内の物件ですが、エリアも建物の雰囲気もそれぞれ異なるお家です。
八千代市の物件は、レンガ調の外観が印象的な、落ち着いた雰囲気の戸建て。
船橋市の物件は、白とブラウンを基調とした、個性的でモダンな外観が特徴の戸建てです。
同じ「千葉県で家を探す」といっても、エリアを少し変えるだけで、街の雰囲気や物件の選択肢は大きく変わります。
実際に物件を探していると、最初に考えていたエリアとは違う場所で、「ここがいい！」と思える家に出会うこともあります。

This week, I’m happy to share some good news!
Two pre-owned homes, one in Yachiyo City and one in Funabashi City, are now under contract.
Although both properties are located in Chiba Prefecture, they each have their own unique style and atmosphere.
The home in Yachiyo has a warm brick-style exterior with a classic and welcoming feel, while the home in Funabashi features a distinctive modern exterior with white and brown tones.
When searching for a home in Chiba, even expanding your search area slightly can open up many different possibilities.
Sometimes, you may find the right home in a place you didn’t originally consider.
Distance from the station, neighborhood, condition of the home, layout, parking space—everyone has different priorities when choosing a property.
That’s why keeping an open mind and exploring a slightly wider area can sometimes lead you to a home that better fits your lifestyle.
